Simply email us photos of the item in question, along with photos of the package it came in within 5 business days of delivery, to returns@jadeforestshop.com.

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We can only offer refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of ordering.
